Dear friends,

The last few months have been exciting and very personal for me. I was able to return to live performance, but also was able to return to California! Singing and California - two great loves in my life! In fact I write you all from Los Angeles now, where I am performing tomorrow with the wonderful Jacaranda Music concert series - the mezzo-soprano solo in Canadian composer Veronika Krausas' "Le Theatre du soleil" - a piece I was supposed to perform before COVID. Then it's back to Ottawa, where I will perform a recital as part of Culture Days

In the last few months, I was thrilled to appear alongside tenor/cantor Peter Halpern for a special concert at Temple Beth Kodesh in Boynton Beach, Florida, with the pianist Alan Mason. Another highlight was a multi-media recital in Ottawa with pianist Nadia Boucher - a live showcase of my Earth Singing project, which featured a stunning backdrop of glacier-inspired modern tapestries woven by Krystyna Sadej, as well as a projection of my Earth Singing videos, all meant to raise awareness for the beauty of Earth's natural places and the need to protect them from the threat of climate change.

With COVID subsiding, I was able to return to California after a 2.5 year absence! I recorded My Earth Singing Project there, paying homage to one of the most beautiful natural areas in the world, and also to my beloved home for many years! I chose locations by Laguna Beach and Torrey Pines - two of the most spectacular landscapes in Southern California!  Click the images below to watch those videos!

If you haven't already, please check out my Youtube Playlist, which features all of my Earth Singing videos to date, including several interviews! Your subscription to my Youtube channel is greatly appreciated!

I'm very grateful to a few individual sponsors who have become patrons of the Earth Singing project. If you are interested in being a part of this journey with me, please visit this link where there are options to become my patron and to support my creative process.

I have been developing my visual art portfolio! Much of my visual art is inspired by wildlife and nature (many of you have seen my animal oil pastel collection), and my acrylic paintings are inspired by psychology and the subconscious mind. I invite you to follow my separate visual art accounts on Facebook Instagram, and YouTube

I am also doing commissions, so please feel free to email me or message me on those social platforms for more information about that.

For merchandise with my art on it check out my Redbubble shop. If you would like a duvet cover, shower curtain, mouse pad, phone case, pillow or other merchandise with a little piece of me on it, look no further than here!
